Cyproconazole, trifloxystrobin, difenaconazole, and quinoxyfen are some of the most commonly used fungicides in commercial beetroots farming as per studies. Studies have suggested that these could lead to health problems such as skin irritation, kidney problems, and respiratory problems.

Appearance: Beetroots are bulbous dark purple root vegetables, which have a dark pink flesh and taste mildly sweet and slightly earthy. These beetroots are 100% organic and grown without any artificial growth hormones or colouring agents, which is why they might vary in shape, size and colour. There could also be a slight colour variation due to heat.

Shelf Life:

Can stay fresh for 3-5 days under room temperature, if kept away from direct sunlight and heat

Refrigerated beetroots can stay fresh for up to 2 weeks
