Loaded with the goodness of whole wheat flour and organic carrots, Nutribee Carrot Bread is the perfect replacement for your regular white bread. This bread offers better nutrition and taste. The wheat grains used in the flour are unpolished, which means that the nutrient filled outer layer is kept intact. The carrots used in the recipe are organic, and do not contain any sugar or harmful chemicals.

Regular carrot breads made with maida are less healthy as refined flour does not contain any nutrients as in the whole wheat. The refining process also reduces the fibre content of the wheat. Also, using organic carrots means chemicals like trifluralin, linuron and pyraclostrobin that are used in the cultivation are absent. Research suggests that these chemicals may lead to problems to the eye and skin, respiratory problems, liver damage, etc.
