Sourced from 100% certified organic farms, these flat beans are grown using organic pesticides and fertilizers only. We continuously try to ensure that the flat beans reach our stores, within 24 hours of harvesting.

Studies show that some of the most commonly used in chemicals in commercial flat beans farming are quizalofop, trifluralin, simazine, chlorpyrifos, fluazifop-p-butyl, carbofuran, glyphosate, and metribuzin. Studies suggest that these chemicals may cause problems such as excessive sweating, headache, nausea, vomiting, abdominal muscle cramps, tremors and weakness.

Appearance: Flat beans are green coloured flat pods, with kidney shaped seeds. They have an earthy taste. Since these are 100% organically grown, without using any artificial methods of farming, they may vary in shape, size and colour. There might be slight colour variation or wilting due to the heat.

Shelf Life:

Under room temperature, flat beans last for 3-4 days

Refrigerated flat beans can last for 1 week
