Grown on certified organic farms, our aromatic, flavoursome and nutritious garlic is free from chemicals used in commercial garlic farming. Through our farm to store policy, we try to ensure that the garlic reaches our stores, within 24 hours of harvesting. Garlic is available with us all through the year.

Studies suggest that commercially grown garlic may contain traces of chemicals like pendimethalin, oxyfluorfen, fipronil, profenophos, carbosulfan, propineb70, and mancozeb. Studies indicate that these chemicals may cause problems such as coughing, dizziness, seizures, diarrhoea, headache, vomiting and irritation in the skin and eyes.

Appearance: Our garlic bulbs are medium, round and may contain 10 to 20 cloves. The outer bulb coverings are ivory to white in colour, and the cloves are enclosed in thin, white, paper-like layers. Our garlic is 100% organically grown, without using any artificial methods of farming. Because of this, they may vary in shape, size and colour. There might be slight colour variation due to the heat as well.

Shelf Life:

The whole head of unpeeled garlic will last for about 6 months under room temperature, if stored away from direct sunlight and moisture

Unpeeled single garlic cloves will last for about 3 weeks

Individual peeled garlic cloves will last up to a week in the fridge when stored in an airtight container.
