Wellbe Groundnut Oil is extracted by cold pressing, without the use of heat. Conventional hot pressed groundnut oil is made by roasting the seeds and preserving them in high temperature. This process removes the nutritional value of the oil. Wellbe Groundnut Oil is extracted using a wooden press allowing it to retain healthy antioxidants. The seeds are sourced from wholly organic farms in Karnataka. Wellbe Groundnut Oil does not contain any colors or additives and is completely pure and unadulterated.

Research data shows that conventional groundnut oil may often be adulterated and can contain up to 70 percent of palm oil that is added for flavor. Studies have shown that palm oil can cause cardiac health issues due to the presence of high saturated fats.
