Akshayakalpa’s handcrafted chilli cheddar cheese is not only certified organic but also delicious and healthy. The milk used to make this cheese comes from free grazing cows that are reared only on certified organic fodder. No preservatives, artificial colours, flavouring or emulsifiers are used. The spice comes from organic red chilly, making this a great choice for your culinary experiments.

Several conventional cheese makers might use milk that has been sourced from cows that have been injected with oxytocin and other antibiotics. Milk could also be adulterated with chemicals like bleach and detergents. Studies have indicated that oxytocin may lead to reproductive and neurological issues in humans and bleach may cause vomiting, nausea and stomach problems. Phthalate esters, which are often used to increase the flexibility of cheese may lead to hormonal disruptions.

How to store: Keep the pack refrigerated at all times and consume within date of expiry
