Grown on certified organic farms, our potatoes are free from harmful chemicals that would generally be found in potatoes grown on commercial farms. We try to ensure that the produce reaches our store within 24 hours of harvesting, since we have a farm to store policy.

The most commonly used chemicals in commercial potato farms are chlorpropham, imidacloprid, azoxystrobin, thiabendazole and thiamethoxam as per studies. Studies indicate that these chemicals may cause harm to liver, kidney and spleen, and may lead to respiratory and digestive disorders.

Appearance: Potatoes look oval or oblong in shape, have light brown skin with pale white flesh. They have a mild earthy flavour with medium sugar content. Since our potatoes are organic, they might vary in shape and size and there might be slight colour variation due to the heat. No artificial chemicals are used to enhance their shape, size or appearance.

Shelf Life:

Can stay fresh for 2 weeks under room temperature, if kept away from direct sunlight and heat.

Store the potatoes in a paper or mesh bag or cardboard box and keep in the fridge, where they may last for about 1 to 1.5 months.
