How to store: Store in a cool and dry place

How to prepare: Add water to the dosa mix to form a batter consistency (1:2 ratio). Add salt to taste and keep it aside for 10 minutes (or overnight for fermentation). Pre-heat the tava with ghee or coconut oil and spread the dosa batter thinly using a ladle. You can prepare about 8-9 dosas using this pack.
