Cultivated on certified organic farms in accordance with organic farming methods, these sweet potatoes are grown without chemical pesticides and fertilizers. No preservatives, growth hormones, GMO seeds or artificial colours have been used on them. We are continuously working towards ensuring that the sweet potatoes reach our stores, within 24 hours of harvesting. Sweet potatoes are available with us all through the year.

Studies show that the most commonly used pesticides in commercial sweet potato farming usually are dicloran, piperonyl butoxide, chlorpyrifos, chlorpropham, fludioxonil, thiabendazole, and thiamethoxam. Studies indicate that these chemicals may cause headache, vomiting, nausea, dizziness and respiratory and digestive disorders.

Appearance: Sweet potatoes are pink to mauve coloured tuberous roots. The white flesh tastes mildly sweet and earthy. Our sweet potatoes are 100% organically grown, without using any artificial methods of farming. Because of this, they may vary in shape, size and colour. There might be slight colour variation due to the heat.
