The 100% organic tapioca or cassava sold by us are sourced from certified organic farms, grown using non-GMO seeds, organic fertilizers and organic pesticides. Free from chemical pesticides and fertilizers, these tapiocas are safe for your entire family. We try to ensure that the tapioca reaches our store within 254 hours of being harvested. Tapioca is available with us almost all year long.

Dithane, karathane, malathion, phosalone, dichlorvos, triazophos, mancozeb and dicofol are some of the most commonly used chemicals in commercial tapioca farming. Studies indicate that these chemicals may cause problems such as hypersensitivity, tremors, loss of bladder control, headaches, nausea, dizziness, weakness and blurred vision.

Appearance: Tapiocas are tuberous roots, similar to sweet potatoes but usually larger in size. They have white flesh, usually neutral in taste. Since these tapiocas are 100% organic and grown without any artificial chemicals, they may vary in shape, size and colour.

Shelf Life:

Under room temperature, tapiocas stay fresh for 2-3 weeks, when kept away from sunlight and heat.
