Wellbe Wheat Flour is prepared by stone/chakki grinding high quality unpolished wheat grains. Cultivated on certified organic farms across Karnataka and Maharashtra using only non-genetically modified seeds, these grains are not polished, leaving all the nutrients intact. Minimal processing ensures retention of maximum nutrients. The wheat flour is rich in B vitamins, minerals, protein and fiber. The flour is free from chemicals and adulterants and good for the entire family.

Conventional store bought wheat flour may contain adulterants like maida, pebble straw, dust, weed seeds and damaged grains as studies have shown. This reduces the nutritional value of the flour and can affect your health. Studies have shown that these contaminants may lead to problems like asthma, respiratory disorders, chronic bronchitis and gastrointestinal disorders.

Appearance: Organic whole wheat flour appears creamy white in colour, due to the absence of maida and chemical bleaching agents. It has a characteristic aroma.
